Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information USA Warehouse ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website and services, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us through our forms: company name, your name, email address, phone number, and details about your merchandise (categories, quantity, condition, location, estimated value and any notes you provide). Buyers additionally provide the categories and volumes they are looking for.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your IP address and the time of your submission, which we use to operate the site and prevent abuse.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and our services are intended for businesses, not consumers.
2. How we use your information
- To contact you about your submission and to provide our brokerage services.
- To present a seller's merchandise to prospective buyers, and to match buyers with relevant deals.
- To operate, secure and improve our website, and to prevent spam and fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share your information
- With prospective counterparties: to broker a deal, we share the relevant details of a seller's inventory with buyers in our network (and relevant buyer information with sellers) as needed to facilitate a transaction.
- With service providers: we use third-party providers to run our business — for example, SendGrid (Twilio) to deliver email notifications, and our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf.
- For legal reasons: where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights and safety.
- We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for it to function. If we enable website analytics (such as Google Analytics), it may set cookies and collect aggregated usage data to help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your information (see "Your choices" below).
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided, or opt out of further contact, by emailing us at sales@amazos.co.il. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
